If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, your full order amount will be refunded.

If you have a Yeoreo_AU account, we recommend that you log in and look in your account. If not, don't worry, you will usually receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. We recommend you check the email for more details.

Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has begun. Please provide us with the return information. Upon receipt and review of the return, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or rejected.
This process may take up to 2-5 business days from the date your return tracking indicates "delivered".
