Order
Order should arrive within 9-15 days after processing time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, your full order amount will be refunded.
We do not accept cancellation requests if the order has already shipped.
If you have an yeoreo account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page under recent track your order
If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at support@yeoreo.com and we’d be happy to provide you an update.
If you have a Yeoreo_AU account, we recommend that you log in and look in your account. If not, don't worry, you will usually receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. We recommend you check the email for more details.
Usually, the order number will be #YEOAU1000.
Return
Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has begun. Please provide us with the return information. Upon receipt and review of the return, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or rejected.
This process may take up to 2-5 business days from the date your return tracking indicates "delivered".
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original method of payment.
